Ed is president of Hintz Capital Management, Inc., a private investment management firm. He was chairman of the board of trustees of The Pennsylvania State University where he has also served in numerous capacities including chair of the “Grand Destiny” capital campaign, vice chair of the Campaign for Penn State, member of the board of visitors of the Smeal College of Business Administration, and member of the Investment Committee for the Endowment. Ed currently serves on the National Board of the Smithsonian Institution and other philanthropic organizations. He received his MBA from Harvard Business School.
