Carroll is a member of the executive committee for the Campaign for McLean Hospital as well as co-chair of McLean’s Women’s Mental Health Leadership Council. She is a member of the Beacon Hill Garden Club and the the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston’s Fashion Council. A mother of four daughters, 28 to 34, Carroll is also a competitive triathlete.
